Once you have decided on the asset which you want to use the coupon for you can enter the coupon number upon checkout/payment and the amount will be discounted from the subscription price.
If the discount you are entitled to is higher than the price of the asset you want to subscribe to, you can ask Sara.Rak@proceedit.com to divide the discount amount between more than one coupon, which is then each applied to one of the additional assets you want to subscribe to. So there would be one coupon per asset.
No. Once you have chosen a subscription it cannot be changed. It expires after its intended validity period.
For each asset you can choose either a monthly or a yearly subscription.
No, if you want to continue subscribing to the respective asset you need to subscribe again for the next period.
If you opted for the yearly payment of your subscription you cannot cancel. The subscription expires after one year. If you opt for the monthly payment, you can cancel each month. Be aware that only by choosing the yearly payment you benefit from the volume discount for one year.
No, you would need to make a new subscription.
No, you cannot cancel an active subscription before the end of its validity period.

The validity period of your subscription(s) is not extended automatically. If you want to continue to receive the CTI communications, you will receive a notification a few days prior to the end of your subscription reminding you to renew it.
