Our product, project or cluster Owners lead the
proceedit Units teams to develop, market and

components, engines, API's, applications, aSOPs,
iBots, BPM Processes.
Our junior and senior Consultants, experts on 26 different
specialties and enrolled on our different Units, participate
on Social, Technology, Operations or Business projects
contracted by our Customers by using our methodologies
and supporting tools.

The Proceedit Marketing Unit is dedicated to promoting, marketing, and selling Proceedit products and services through diverse marketplaces and a selling ecosystem comprising agents, freelancers, consulting companies, integrators, software vendors, and cloud services distributors.
The Proceedit Finance Unit oversees a range of financing activities including strategic financing, crowdfunding, grant management, capital raises, investor relations, and the efficient management of Proceedit's financial resources.
The Proceedit Administration Unit manages support activities such as administration, human resources, operations, legal services, and fiscal services.
The Proceedit Consulting Unit is dedicated to realizing social, technological, operational, and business consultancy projects for our customers.
The Opex Unit focuses on discovering, normalizing, standardizing, optimizing, and automating Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs). It also offers Operational Excellence (OPEX) consulting, employing methodologies like Lean Management, Six Sigma, and proprietary proceedit methods.
The Factory Unit manages the end-to-end development, deployment, and continuous improvement of AI, APP, SOP, RPA, and BPM business automation solutions. It coordinates teams from various Proceedit Branch Units to meet product development, marketing, and servicing targets, prioritizing reduced time-to-market.
The Proceedit Service Unit focuses on:
1) providing user training and support,
2) ensuring the operational, corrective, and evolutionary maintenance of AI, APP, SOP, RPA, and BPM business automation solutions, and
3) offering micro BPO services to our customers by coordinating internal and external resources.
The Proceedit System Unit focuses on implementing, configuring, monitoring, and maintaining the cloud resources, systems, applications, and tools used by Proceedit.
The Proceedit Data Unit is dedicated to collecting, capturing, structuring, analyzing, and deriving insights from data by applying various Data Science methodologies and technologies.
The Proceedit iLab Unit is responsible for developing artificial intelligence models based on Machine Learning (ML), Deep Learning (DL), Neural Networks (NN), and other advanced Artificial Intelligence (AI) algorithms.
The Proceedit Engineering Unit is dedicated to exploring, developing, and deploying new backend server-side applications. These applications are based on the consumption of public data and APIs, leveraging a common technological stack and the iBots developed in the iLab Unit.
The Proceedit Robotics Unit is dedicated to analyzing, developing, and servicing APIs for interacting with our applications and engines. Additionally, it focuses on exploring, developing, and deploying adaptors for consuming public data and APIs.
The Applications Unit is dedicated to exploring, developing, and deploying new front-end applications. These applications are based on consuming public data and APIs, utilizing a common technological stack, and leveraging the iBots developed in the iLab Unit.
The Projects Unit is dedicated to developing data science, AI models, backend engines, iBots, APIs, RPA, and frontend mobile, desktop, and web applications for our customers.
