When you are using our CTI (Continuous Trading Insights) Service, please take into account that:

• If you are subscribed to the End of Day (ED) Level of Service you will receive your Insights not later than 1:00 AM UTC on the next day after the last Market session for each Asset. The information received is based on the latest Market session close price.

• You can always upgrade / downgrade your CTI Service subscription to a higher / lower Level of Service and / or to increase / decrease the trading Volume per operation and / or increase / decrease the number of Users by subscribing to the corresponding extra-Credits.

• The upgrades / downgrades and increases / decreases will be applicable to all the Assets and to all the Users (when applicable).

• As our Insights* are updated every day according to the new financial data received from the Markets, in case you eventually miss analysing one of our Continuous Insights* at due time, it is better that you wait to obtain any conclusions or take any action until you receive the new daily Insights* for tomorrow.

• When, for a determined financial Asset there is no Market session in the current period, you will receive a Signal* = N.A. and an Order* = Keep.

• When, for a determined financial Asset it was not possible to retrieve new financial data corresponding to the latest Market session, you will receive a Signal* = N.A. and an Order* = Keep. In those cases, a new email or message will be sent as soon as the new financial data can be retrieved.

• The proceedit's trading Insights* information is provided to you only for your personal use. 

  • It is strictly forbidden that you share that information with any third party in any way unless you subscribe to the corresponding User Packs according to the number of persons with whom you want to share our Insights*. 

  • A breach on this rule will suppose the immediate cancellation of your CTI Service without being entitled to any claim on your part.

• The proceedit's "Trading Insights"* information is provided to you only for a certain daily trading Volume, which by default is 1,000 € per User.

  • It is strictly forbidden to trade for a higher Volume, unless you subscribe to the corresponding Volume Packs, according to the whole maximum daily Volume that you as a Subscriber and your Users (when applicable) are trading. 

  • A breach of this rule will result in the immediate cancellation of your CTI Service without any entitlement to any claim on your part.

  • In that respect, the subscription to additional Volume Packs will act as a self-declaration of the maximum daily Volume. 

  • Expertel SA - proceedit is entitled at any time to review the profile of the Subscriber and its Users (when applicable) and determine which is the maximum daily Volume according to its sole appraisal and apply it for the calculation of the consumption of DTI Service Credits.

* Note: In no case can you consider the Insights*, Signals*, Orders*, Limits Prices* or any other information received from our CTI Service as a recommendation, advice, or suggestion to trade with the corresponding Asset in any way. Any trading action you may take, based or not on our Insights* is strictly your responsibility.
