Nominal and current value of the proceedit Phantom Shares

The nominal value of each Expertel SA (proceedit) Phantom Share Pack (PSP) is of €1 per Phantom Share contained in the pack, the same than the regular Common Expertel SA Shares.

The buying price of the PSPs varies according to the value of the company. The value of the company is updated every quarter according to the evolution of the company efforts invested and its results. 

At that moment, PSPs are valued at €3 per Phantom Share contained in the Phantom Share Pack. This value will be updated by the end of the current quarter.
