When and how could I sell in the future my proceedit Phantom Shares Pack?

You are free to sell your proceedit Phantom Shares Packs at any time.

At that respect, we will provide you access to the proceedit Community and will notify your intention to sell, the number of Phantom Shares and the price you want to receive for them and we will manage this transaction as soon as a buyer will appear. You will be charged for the direct transaction costs of the buy - sell operations.

If you agree we can also use our network of Agents to find a buyer for your Phantom Shares. Our Agents receive a commission of 10% of the transaction value that will be charged to you on top of the direct transaction costs above mentioned.
