Where will you be enroled? Branch and Unit

You will do your Learning-ship Program enroled as a team member on the Opex Unit of the proceedit Operations Branch.

The Opex Unit is dedicated to the discovery, normalization, standardisation, optimisation and automation of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and to the provision of Operational Excellence (OPEX) consulting services to our customers with methodologies like Lean Management, Six Sigma, Process Discovery, Business Process Analysis, Business Process Optimization ... and own proceedit methodologies.

Functions in the Opex Unit can be summarised as working with: Discovery & Formalization, Normalization & Standardization, Lean & Optimization, Implementation & Training and Follow Up & Improvement.

The Operations Branch covers the projects, activities and tasks of proceedit related with Operations matters and it is composed by the following Units: Opex, Factory and Service.
