Learn-by-doing! How it works?
We use a "learn-by-doing" methodology with a smart combination of proven theory lessons, exercises, practices, tests, coaching sessions, workshops, projects, demos, presentations and exams activities that will allow you learning and practising the principles on how to use our methodology and technology by participating in many AI models, applications, standard operating procedures, engines, apps, APIs, robots and BPM processes development projects.
As part of our learn-by-doing methodology, we will progressively deliver you a set of tasks to be performed via our Jira project and task manager system by means of creating and assigning personalised tasks to you.
Each Jira task assigned to you will contain the adequate training and support resources like instructions, procedures, tutorials, examples, links, documents ... in form of accesses to the corresponding “Overview-on” and “How-to” Confluence Pages designed to help you to do each assigned task on a very practical and efficient way.

Depending on your skills and the Program you have chosen, you will participate in different Assets development, marketing and service phases: collect information, define requirements, analysis, content creation, UI/UX design, development, configuration, integration, compilation, testing, debugging, documentation, deploying, user training, startup, user support, maintenance, promotion, crowdfunding, selling … by means of working on different projects and tasks.
Every time you work in a task you will have a continuous coaching via comments in the task and by logging the time spent and the work made in each task working session you Supervisor will have real time information about your progresses and your blocking issues making in this way his / her coaching easy, quick and efficient.
