Beneficial to people who know their strengths and wish to improve them. The process puts you in an actual work environment. Main feature: full autonomy in choosing tasks and projects.

  • Trainee

They will suit individuals seeking to apply their skills to become a pro. By becoming a team member, the learner also gets experience in the professional field as a Project participant. But the tasks are assigned by supervisors.

The difference is the time spent on them. The schedule is flexible.
