Your acquisition and the rest of the Common Shares acquired by the rest of Expertel SL shareholders must be registered at the Notary. Good news is that you don't have to do anything here. This is the legal procedure to be followed: 

1. Investment certificate: will be prepared by our bank including all the acquisitions. You don't have to worry about that.

2. List of investors. Prepare and sign the list of investors in the investment round. You don't have to worry about that.

3. Investment formalisation: it will be done at the Notary as soon as the investment round investment will be completed. There is no need for you to come in person to the notary, we will take care of the formalisation.
