Once having obtained your NIE for investors (only for non-residents in Spain) and fulfilled and signed your Adhesion Schedule to the Shareholders Agreement you must complete the register of Expertel SL Common Shares acquisition by following this procedure: 

1. Prepare the required documentation. Before to respond the form we suggest you to collect all the required information in form of digital files, correctly named* for easy identification purposes:

   • A PDF or high quality image of your NIE for investors (only for non-residents in Spain).

   • A PDF of the your Adhesion Schedule to the Shareholders Agreement duly signed.

2. Complete the register. Go to and open the Shares register form with the same email you have started the register. 

3. Upload documents to the form. Finally, you will have to upload to the form your NIE for investors (only for non-residents in Spain) and your duly signed Adhesion Schedule to the Shareholders Agreement PDF files.

4. Check and certify. Once done the register in the above indicated form, we will check your contribution register, comment to you any issue we could find. When everything will be correctly registered and the capital increase formalised, we will create a personalised certificate warranting your contribution and send it to the email you have indicated in the form. The certificate will indicate the amount, serial numbers and reference of the Expertel SL Common Shares you have acquired. 

5. Repository. We will also provide you a link to a repository where you can find the documents related to Expertel SL Common Shares you or your company have acquired.
