- Buy additional Phantom Shares in accordance to the successive capital increase operations made by Expertel SA at the price marked by the company for the Common Shares with a discount of 20%.
- Sell this asset in the future at a price related to the value of the company at that time (a proceedit Phantom Share has a value around 80% of a proceedit Common Share of the same nominal value due to the fact that Phantom Shares don't have voting rights).
