This is just a simple 3 steps procedure to buy a Expertel SA (proceedit) Phantom Share Pack:

  1. Buy the corresponding Phantom Share Pack:
    1. Go to the corresponding Buy Product page: https://proceedit.podia.com/889a376a-a894-4754-b490-394bd173164a/buy
    2. Press the Buy button.
    3. Maybe a discount coupon could be available for that product. In that case, a discount coupon link will appear in the screen. Press the discount coupon link if appeared.
    4. Introduce this discount coupon.
    5. Indicate your email address.
    6. Indicate you credit card data, unless you've got a 100% discount coupon. 
    7. Press the buy button.
  2. Obtain the purchase receipt. Once done the purchase, please:
    1. Press the View Course button,
    2. Press the Products button you will find in the top - right of the Page,
    3. Go to your User account by pressing the User icon in top - right of the Page,
    4. Once there, press the Billing button,
    5. Press the Invoices button and
    6. Download the invoice or receipt corresponding to your recent PSP purchase.
  3. Register your purchase. 
    1. Prepare the required documentation. Before to respond the form we suggest you to collect all the required information in form of digital files:
      1. A PDF or high quality image of your Identification Document (Passport for instance).
      2. A high quality picture of your face is the owner of the Phantom Shares is a person or a high quality image file of the logo of the organisation that owns the Phantom Shares.
      3. A PDF or high quality image of the receipt proving your investment (bank wire transfer receipt in case of investing on Common Shares or the Podia platform recipe in case you have invested on Phantom Shares).
    2. Register your purchase in our Phantom Share records by using this form: Phantom Shares register form Please, use the same email in this register that the one used when buying the pack. 
    3. Identify the owner of the Phantom Shares by providing identification data, the identification document and a recent high quality picture of your face if you are a person or the logo in case it is an organisation the buyer of the Phantom Shares. We must maintain that register for legal reasons and to protect your rights as owner. You will have to upload to the form your Phantom Stock Pack purchase receipt in PDF format.

Once done the register in the above indicated form, we will check your purchase register and send to the email you have indicated in the form a personalised certificate warranting your purchase. The certificate will indicate the amount, serial numbers and reference of the Phantom Shares Pack you have purchased. We will also provide you a link to a repository where you can find the updated status of your Phantom Shares Packs.
